Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your artwork to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition that you received it with no marks or damage on the actual artwork, frame, or glazing, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase and photos of any damage.
You must have a valid reason for requesting a return and refund of the artwork.

You must have a valid reason for requesting a return and refund. Valid reasons for return include:
- The artwork arrived damaged in transit
- The artwork is significantly not as described on our website
- The wrong artwork was received
- Components described as included (such as framing or glazing) are missing
We are unable to accept returns on the basis of a change of mind or personal preference.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@sensoryandslow.com. Once your return has been approved, the artwork will need to be sent to: 1 Hatch Way, Kirtlington, Kidlington, Oxfordshire, UK. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be refunded.
If your return is accepted, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping yourself.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the artwork is damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the artwork is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging, and you'll need to provide proof of purchase.
Refunds Once your return request has been received and approved by email, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the artwork back in its original condition. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
