Part of the Convergence collection, Through the Fault explores the idea that change often begins at points of disruption. A winding gilded seam cuts through a textured landscape of shifting contours and sculpted relief, evoking geological fault lines, river channels and pathways formed over time by pressure, movement and transformation. Rather than dividing the composition, the golden passage becomes a place of connection, drawing the eye through the work and inviting reflection on what can emerge from moments of fracture and change.
As light moves across the surface, shadows deepen within the relief and the metallic elements catch and reflect their surroundings, allowing the artwork to continually shift in atmosphere and presence.
